Return Policy
If you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.
- Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of receipt of your goods.
- You must notify us in writing that you intent to return the product.
- Please include with the returned goods your full contact details, and the written document stating the reason for return.
- Please obtain proof of postage. We will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
- The costs of return postage will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty.
- Exchange of products will be conditional to stock availability.
